She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Omans and Catherine Omans (Niswonger); her siblings, Gloria Redmond, Karilyn McDonald, Richard Niswonger and Bernard Omans; and her brothers-in-law, Frank and Glenn Dowding.
She is survived by: her husband Roger A. "Butch" Dowding; her children, Rodney Dowding, Randy Dowding, Kevin Dowding, Mindy Coppernoll and Missy Cochran; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Dowding, Lynda Dowding, Sharon Jonas, Mary Dowding and Shirley Dowding. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
