She is survived by: her husband Terry Phelan; and her children, Jon Bevier, Joann Collins, Donn Osborne Jr., Mark Phelan, Mike Phelan, Stephen Phelan and Shonnie Braun. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous foster children.
