He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Minnick and Ernie Blanton; and his grandparents, Howard and Elizabeth Fenner. He is survived by: his wife Debra Fenner (Holbrook); and his children, Michael David Fenner II (Becki) and Trina Perry. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
