He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wadsworth and Lahoma Wadsworth; and his siblings, LouAnn, Janice and Jay.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Michael Jr. (Eliza), Brandy and Lindsey (Dan); his stepchildren, John (Karrie), Angela (Lisa) and Jason (Shelly); his grandchildren, Kendal (Aislyn), James (Ruth), Ethan (Sammie), Lillie, Jake, Emily, Kaylee (Brent), Charlie (Ari), Kyle, McKenzie and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Lincoln, Lanessa and Lakelyn; and his siblings, Rachel (Craig), Virginia (Bruce), Beth, Loretta, Dale (Lisa), Little Norm, Robert (Tammy), David, Sara Cyphers, Chris, Kayla Deming and Martin Rendel. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
