He is survived by: his wife Michelle Ulanowicz; his stepson Bo Lewis (Autumn); his grandchildren, Aria, Bronson and Benton; his father Frank Ulanowicz of Stockbridge, MI; his stepfather Billy Smith (Lillian) of St. Ignace, MI; his brother Patrick Ulanowicz (Mary) of Adrian, MI; his aunt Sharon Risner of Dansville, MI; his niece Brittney Dulbs (Joe) of Tecumseh, MI; his nephew B. Ulanowicz (Jenna) of Adrian, MI; and his stepbrothers, Jared, Jamie and Billy Jr. Smith. He is also survived by two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
