She is survived by: her husband Craft; her sons, Carl Polashak (Maud) and Stephen Polashak (Carol Hackworth); her siblings, Kay, Pat, Sandy, Susan and Dennis; and her grandchildren, Cody, Stacie, Christopher, Daniel, Adrienne, Amber and Austin. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
