She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Goodman and Charlotte Goodman (Miller). She is survived by: her husband Lee; her children, Christian and Micah; her daughter-in-law Brittney Booth; and her siblings, Carol Barrows (Ira), Lois (Don) and Tom Goodman (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers you can make donations to the Nancy Lantz Memorial Fund at the church which will go to the Hands of Hope Cancer Outreach program that helps minister to those who are going through cancer.
