He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Cardwell and Betty Cardwell; his wife Ruth Hammond; his daughters, Amy Cardwell (Kevin Vincent) and Cindy Fast (Brett); his stepsons, Scott Bradley (Nancy Kalisch) and Kevin Bradley (Jessica); his grandchildren, Celeste Adaway, Maryssa Adaway, Eli Adaway, Owen Adaway, Sawyer Adaway, Tyler Johnson, Cameron Beach, Alexis Henry, Mason Vincent, Ira Fast, Laylah Bradley, Drew Bradley and Danica Bradley; his siblings, Beverly Dunn and Sue Cardwell; and his sons, Parma Industries and Blue Surf.
