He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Hampton of Laurens; his wife Robin Hampton; his children, Eric Hampton (Damaris) of Moss Point, Sarah Beadenkopf of Jackson, Michigan, Jennifer Sawle (Jacob) of Jackson, Michigan and Mareike Schween-Gode (Thorston) of Hamburg; and his brother Max Hampton of Paducah. He is also survived by nine grandkids.
