He was predeceased by: his wife Gina DeBiasi; his sister Sheila Gunzenhiser; his mother Barbara Frye; his stepfather James Frye; and his father Billy Jo Watkins.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Yearwood and Joshua Watkins; and his sisters, Sara Garber and Lori Merritt. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Hills Golf Course (1620 Summit Dr, Pekin, IL 61554).
