He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Stacy DeWitt (Dana), Angela Rodriguez (David Henley), Danyell Forner (Eric Fowler) and Eugene (Susan Hunt); and his sisters, Tina, Debbie and Suzanne. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
