She was predeceased by: her parents, William Irelan and Florence Irelan (Evans); her husband Robert E. Phillips; her son Barry E (Phillips); her siblings, Bill Evans and Deloris Eaton; and her granddaughter Rebecca Hawkey.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Lazarus (Mark), Patty Tilford (Andrew), Penny Cropsey (David), Linda Hawkey (Phil) and David Phillips (Sarah); and her sister Judy Wortley. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
