She was predeceased by: her parents, James Quinn and Beatrice Quinn (Worden); her husbands, Russell VanEpps and Meryl J. Wheeler; her siblings, Evelyn Miller, Gladys Moeckel, Betty Evans, Beverly O'Berry, Lorene Brown, Howard Quinn and Gerald Quinn; and her son-in-law Arnie Hobbs.
She is survived by: her children, Jim VanEpps (Brenda) and Linda Hobbs; her grandchildren, Todd VanEpps (Sue), Meghan Sharp (Bill), Arnie Hobbs II and Jason Hobbs (Lara); her great grandchild Rachael Neil (Stephen); her brother Gordon Quinn; her sister-in-law Donna Donner; and her stepdaughter Julie Garrison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and so many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in memory of Phyllis.
