She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Sundquist and Clara Sundquist (Peterson); her husband John T. Woodruff; and her son John T. Woodruff. She is survived by: her children, Kelley Woodruff (Benjamin Marx) and Douglas Woodruff (Margaret); her grandchildren, Abbey Rocke (Sam), Robert Marx (Dominique Castro), Julia Marx (Michael Sachman), Emily Marx, John A. Woodruff, Daniel Woodruff, Stephen Woodruff and Kathleen Woodruff; her great grandchildren, Levi Rocke, Jake Rocke, Aaron Rocke and Hannah Rocke; her daughter-in-law Annie Woodruff; and her siblings-in-law, Howard Woodruff, Clarice Repaski and Clayton Woodruff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Clark Lake Yacht Club, or Ella Sharp Museum.
