He was predeceased by: his father Randy L Patrick; his brothers, Ranier Patrick and Rilee Patrick; his grandparent Grandma Adams (Grandpa Adams); and his stepfather Richard Myers.
He is survived by: his mother Cathy Patrick-Myers (Adams); his sons, Christopher Patrick and Connor Patrick; and his sisters, Rebecca Jones (Jason), Desirea Counts, Amy Patrick and Cassie Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
