He is survived by: his wife Justina (Fox); his children, Colette Akers (Jerry) of Spring Lake, MI, Charles (Michelle) of Tampa, FL and James of Jackson, MI.; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Brian, Carla, Donald, Michael, Shelby, Delaney and Wyatt.
