He is survived by: his mother Rochelle Poling (Holford); his wife Laurie Ann Kawzinsky; his daughter Lindsay Poling; his stepsons, Thomas Bowlby Jr. and Brandon Bowlby; his siblings, Greg Poling (Tina) and Kim Lemen (Paul); his nephews, Zach Poling, Eric Poling (Kara), Nathan Lemen and Joe Lemen; and his great-nephew Grant Poling. He is also survived by aunts and uncles and countless friends.
