We announce the death of Robert Frank Trowbridge Jr. of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Trowbridge, Sr. and Jane E. Trowbridge (Hastings); and his former wife Cathy L. Trowbridge (Matthews). He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Lisa M. Trowbridge, Jonathan R. Trowbridge (Heather), Adam R. Trowbridge and Kurt M. Trowbridge; his brothers, Scott A. Trowbridge (Tammy), Thomas S. Trowbridge (Jackie) and Eric T. Trowbridge (Teresa); and his in-law Kristine Matthews (Colvin). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Church (2692 N Dettman Rd, Jackson, MI 49201). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we'd appreciate that any gifts be given to Grace Baptist Church in recognition of their huge amounts of love and support during Bob's illness.
