He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Thome; his children, Jennifer Hoffman, MD (Fred), Daniel Thome (Colleen), Lori Silveus (Chad), Scott Stewart (Gwendolyn) and Marc Stewart (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jacob, Adam, Alexandra Thome, Leo Hoffman, Landen, Locklyn Silveus, Drew Stewart, Maureen Atkins (Alec), Anthony, Brantley and Beau Stewart; his sister Maria Costello (Vince) of Cincinnati; his sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen and Luba Thome; and his caregivers, Sarah, Alexis, Elaina and Roger.
