He is survived by: his children, Bradley Hayden (Anna) of Brooklyn and Elizabeth Musson (Kevin) of Saline; his sisters, Marcia Headley (Stephen) of Rockledge and Janet Turner of Potterville; his grandchildren, Leandra Hofmeister (Ben), Alayna Musson, Noah Musson and Emma Hayden; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Charlotte, Emily and Olivia; his nephew Scott; his niece Stacey; his great-nephew Isaiah; and his close friend Myrtle Emmons.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
