It is with sadness that the passing of Rosanne Marie Venema of Jackson, Michigan is shared. Rosanne, born on February 23, 1948, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Rosanne will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Rosanne by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Rosanne is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Rosanne’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald of Field's Department Store; her brother Richard; and her close friend Cheryl Newton. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Christine; her son-in-law Manning Serafin of Pinckney; and her caregivers, Tom and Dawn Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Skiff Lake Bible Church (8277 S Jackson Rd, Clarklake, MI 49234). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
