With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Louise Best of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Edward (Ellen Genevieve Ryan); her husband James Best; her mother Ellen Ryan; her sister Susanne Thalacker; her parents-in-law, Julian and Donna Best; and her sister-in-law Marcia Leap.
She is survived by: her children, Juli Gerard (Greg), Jeff Best (Danette), Laura Gibson (Steve), Mike Best (Julie) and Sara Best-Strickland (Weston); her sister Patricia Ryan; her grandchildren, Adelaide, Kegan, Stephen, Jacob, Alyssa, Hailey, Ryan, Josie, Megan, Nicholas, Molly, Lauren, Griffin, Nolan and Ellie; her great grandchildren, Isaac and Scarlett; and her siblings-in-law, John Thalacker, Marilyn O'Shea and Nancy Karazim. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one of Rosemary's favorite charities; Jackson Catholic Schools, American Cancer Society, or Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice.
