He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Lather and Roy Wagner; his stepfather William Lather; his brother Bob Wagner; his niece Sarah Wagner; his nephew Tracy Ball; and his great-nephew Tyler Ball.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Bowman; his brothers, Robin Wagner (Jody) and Ronald Wagner; and his nieces and nephews, Jimmie Wagner (Michelle), Justin Wagner, Rob Wagner, Dusty Wagner, Carrie Stokely (Bobby), Jessica McKimmy (Kent) and Melanie Ball (Tracy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
