We are sad to announce that, on August 19, 2022, at the age of 71, Sally Melinda Church of Jackson, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Ruth Brown; her siblings, Henry, Rachel, Winnie, Russ, Jane and Julian; and her close friend Ed Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Polkinghorne (Dan), Kristina Church (Dennis Gonzales) and Rex Church; and her grandchildren, Eddie Farrington (Brooke), Jessica Hafer (Jason), Kennedi Gonzalez (Joe), Danny Polkinghorne and Dylan Polkinghorne. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
