With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy Alonzo Sailers of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on June 15, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sacile Jarrett, Willard, Horace and Larry; and his daughter Phyllis McNeil of Decatur, GA.
He is survived by: his brothers, Hiram (Linda) of Maysville, GA, Frank (Peggy) of Baldwin, GA and Ralph (Liz) of Elabell, GA.; his children, Dan Sailers (Eileen) of Dallas, TX, Miriam and Michele Tinsley (Alex) of Sharpsburg, GA.; his grandchildren, Stephen Sailers of Gulfport, MS, Kimberly Barnhill (Todd) of Pensacola, FL, Anna Gay (Charles) of Dallas, TX, Crystal Meehan of Kennesaw, GA, Chassie McCreary (Mac) of Newnan, GA and Andrew Tinsley of Sharpsburg, GA; his great grandchildren, Audrianna Hitchcock (Sam), Stephen Sailers of Summerville, GA, Jordan Roland (Brent), Jacob, Emileigh Anderson, Kennedy Holcomb (Matthew), Hayden Raya, Anslee, Harlee McCreary, Olivia and Harvey Gay; and his great great grandchildren, Nathan, Isabella Stivers, Cross, Jesse Hitchcock, Carter Roland, Emersyn Raya and Jackson Sailers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
