It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Michael Gifford (Jackson, Michigan), who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary B. Gifford Sr. and Jean A. Gifford (Smith). He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Gifford (Minder); his children, Philip Gifford, Michael Gifford (Kristin) and Shawna Johnson (Michael); and his siblings, Gary Jr. (Doreen), Anne Holewa (Thomas), Eric (Laura), Karen Markiw (Ron), Colin, Constance Sawyer (Tomi), Amy Collard (Jim), Ian (Sara) and Nathan (Katie). He is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren.
With Shawn's passion and desire to serve others in mind, his family has asked for donations to St. Vincent de Paul in lieu of flowers.
