It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann McDevitt of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Roehm (Hildebrand) and William Roehm; her husband Jerry; her parents-in-law, Gerald and Alice McDevitt; her brothers, Elmer and Robert; and her siblings-in-law, Stanley Karasek, Thomas McDevitt, Jack Arbanas, William Phillips and Kay McDevitt.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Joan), Joseph (Joyann) and David (Candice); her sister Rosalie Arbanas; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Phillips, Mary Karasek, Kathy McDevitt and Pat McDevitt (Phylis); her grandchildren, Sarah McDevitt, Pat McDevitt (Maggie), Lindsay King, Jack McDevitt (Tayler), Carly McDevitt, Glenn McDevitt, Zachary McDevitt and Allison McDevitt; her friends, Jean Mather and Rhonda Nall; and also, Alissa Wilson (Brad) and Blake Medina. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
