She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Thomas and Opal Thomas of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and her brothers, Raymond Lee Thomas of St Petersburg Florida and James Edward Thomas of Treasure Island. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Jeffery L Hines; and her children, Dean Edward (Carrie), Vincent Jay (Lude), Laura Lee, Paul David (Jittuana) and Mary Wright.
