She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Chmielewski and Maryanna Chmielewski; her husband Alexander Butkiewicz; and her siblings, Leo, Chester, Walter, Agnes and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Miller (Scott) and Judy Fahlstrom (Daryl); her grandchildren, Eric Fahlstrom (Kathryn), Lisa Tucker (Jacob), Shanna Nunez Kaminski (Mauricio) and Christopher Kaminski (Kimberly); and her great grandchildren, Easton, Owen, Anderson Fahlstrom, Blake, Tessa Tucker, Caroline and Cassidy Kaminski.
