He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Mannor and Richard Mannor; his brother-in-law Tom Pickett; and his daughter-in-law Amy Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ellen Hines; his sons, Joshua, Benjamin (Ashley), Nicholas, Andrew and Samuel Carroll; his grandsons, Dylan and Ethan Carroll; his sister Tammy Leeth (Jeff); his sister-in-law Linda Pickett; and his aunt Shirley Rowley.
