He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas Conway and Mary Lou Conway-Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Beth Conway (Daniel Dunigan, Sr.) and Kevin "Kip" Conway; his siblings, Erin Crenshaw (Joshua) and Andrew Conway; his nephew Jameson Crenshaw; his grandparents, Robert and Dolores Puckey; his aunt Cherie Evans (Daniel); and his uncles, Timothy Puckey (Linda), Dennis Puckey, Mark Conway (Tracey) and James Conway (Beth). He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
