He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Foster and Phyllis G. Foster (Hendges); his siblings, Betty Smith and Edward Foster; his brothers-in-law, Bill Hughes and Mark Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Helen and George Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Janet K Foster (Taylor); his children, Karen Zantop (Roy), Thomas Edward Foster, Richard Foster (LaDonna) and James Foster (Sindy); his sisters, Phyllis Foster, Delores Hughes, Linda Scott (David), Jeanne Reimers (Tim) and Tina Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Foster and Bill Smith (Tom Nichols). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
