He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bacik and Caroline Bacik; his siblings-in-law, Olga and Robert Crowley (Julie Bacik); his son Paul Bacik; his siblings-in-law, MaryLou Lefere, Ed Crowley and Curtis White; and his goddaughter Katie Russell Walters.

He is survived by: his children, Therese Milam (Drew), Dana Fillmore (Jon) and Reverend Robert Crowley Bacik; his grandchildren, Ally Milam, Jake Milam, Melanie Milam, Jessica Fillmore and Zachary Fillmore; his sister Pat White; his siblings-in-law, Jim Lefere, Peggy Cronenweth (R. W.), Barbara Russell (Dick), Jill Peck (Dave) and Wendy Crowley; and his wife Julie. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
