He is survived by: his former wife Terri Holst; his sons, Samuel Holst (Rebecca) and Charlie Holst (Neily Castro); his siblings, Phyllis Kusisto (Tim) and George Holst; his nephew Clark Bisbee (Casey); his niece Megan Bisbee; his grandchildren, Paislee, Parker, Naivee, Scarlett and Thomas Samuel Holst II; and his pets, Missy and Socky.
