He was predeceased by: his grandson Colin Matthew Tomasik. He is survived by: his wife Diana Tomasik; his sons, Matthew Tomasik (Jennifer), Greg Tomasik (Sarah) and Michael Tomasik; and his grandchildren, Adian, Amelia and Norah.
