He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Masarik and Maryann Masarik; his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Carl Masarik and Bernice Risner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Louis Masarik, Geraldine Tokarski and Patricia Schultz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
