He is survived by: his wife Dr. Constance E Smith; his children, Ian Liskiewicz and Erin Liskiewicz of Tucson Arizona; his son-in-law Brian Daughtery; his grandchildren, Hayden, Eliana and Lillian Liskiewicz; his nephews, Jason, Matthew and Danny Ray; and also, Carrie Smith (Cynthia Swain) of New York, Matthew and Cameron Smith-Swain.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Michigan Parkinson Foundation or the educational trust at Saint Mary's School (attention Father Tim Nelson) in honor of Walter Liskiewicz or the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
