He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Griffin and Alice Griffin; and his former wife Peggy Hoodenpyle Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Griffin; his children, Cindy Griffin, Tim Griffin (Angie) and Steven Thelan (Heather); his grandchildren, Melissa Bredernitz (Will), Matt Coburn, Kaitlyn Thelan, Josh Griffin and Madeline Griffin; his great grandchildren, Miley Coburn, Nate Coburn, Bo Bredernitz and Landri Bredernitz; and his brothers, Royal Griffin, Raymond Griffin (Mary) and Paul Griffin (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
