He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Allen and Rose Elizabeth Allen (Mikolajczak); and his wives, Joann and Paula. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Allen (Angie), Julie Caporusso (Dan), Don Allen (Trell) and Genifir Harrington (Allen); and his former wife Genevieve Owens. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cascades Humane Society or given to the family for future designation.
