He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his siblings, Deborah Ripley of North Guilford, Denise Zimmerman of Middlefield, Connecticut and Richard (Tracy Nelson) of Rockfall, Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
