John Holmlund Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Holmlund of Jamestown, Michigan, who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Holmlund; his brother Kenneth Holmlund; and his parents, John Holmlund and Elsie Dolan (Bramm Holmlund). He is survived by: his children, Jane Pilch (Jim) of Alexandria, PA, John Holmlund, Jr. (Kate) of Grand Haven, MI, Susan Guerra (Jesse) of Grand Rapids, MI and Nancy Kuiper (Doug) of Hudsonville, MI; his grandsons, John Pilch (Bethany), Jack Pilch and Jared Pilch; his children, Travis Mast (Haley), Elsa Kraker (Jon), Luke Holmlund, Jacob Holmlund (Juliana), Breanna Kleinheksel (Nick), Heather Holmlund, Naomi Holmlund, Milagro Guerra, Linus Guerra, Judah Guerra, Elise Medley (Andrew), Isaac Kuiper, De'Airs Kuiper and Darius Watkins; his great grandchildren, Marlee, Banks, Dustin, Esther, Louisa and Ambrose; and his nephews, Alex Bramm and Michael Holmlund (Allison). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
