He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Koch and Velma Koch (Chupp); his brother Eric Koch; and his brother-in-law John Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, David Koch (Laura Guczwa) and Brian Koch (Angela Weber); his grandchildren, Luna, Carter, Reznor Koch, Noah, Tanner and Meghan Guczwa; his sisters-in-law, Jane Koch and Linda Jacobs; his nieces, Julie Purdy (Jennifer), Jennifer Fisher (Scott) and Christine Jacobs (Neil Sroka); his great-nephew Ryder Garcia-Purdy; and his great-nieces, Emily Fisher and Frances Sroka.
