She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Scholten; her son Ken Scholten; and her brother Don Riemersma. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Tigchon (Rick), Carol Tjepkema (Ron), Joan Lutke (Dwight) and Jan Kuzee (Karl); her daughter-in-law Darlene Scholten; her sister Lois Scholma (Jim); and her sister-in-law Martha Riemersma. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and their spouses; 46 great-grandchildren.
