Esther DeVries Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther DeVries of Jenison, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her cousin Leona Piers (Wagenaar); her husband Lee DeVries; her parents, Henry B. Sterken and Anna Sterken; her uncle James; and her aunt Alice Wagenaar (Sterken).
She is survived by: her daughter Jan; her son-in-law Paul Walcott; her granddaughters, Lauren Walcott (Sam Bowerman) and Jillian Walcott (AJ Monterusso); and her great grandchildren, Esther Jean and Anthony J Monterusso III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
