He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jonaitis and Stephanie Jonaitis (Folta); his siblings, Victoria Jonaitis, John and Michael Jonaitis; his sister-in-law Jane Jonaitis; his uncle Al Folta; and his in-laws, Arthur and Jean Fazakerley (Anderson).
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Fazakerley); his children, Jennifer Nickles (Patrick) and Jason Jonaitis (Meghan); his grandchildren, Collin, Lydia and Cora Nickles; his siblings, Joseph Jonaitis, Christine Velton (Dave) and Teresa Aldrich (Don); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Melle and Elsa Rae Jonaitis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews & special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in George's name to Emmanuel Hospice, the Rose Garden nursing home in Grandville, MI or to PSP research, http://www.psp.org.
