She was predeceased by: her former husband Delmar Boven; her husband James Schimmel; her daughter Barbara Schimmel; and her cousin Maxine Nederhood. She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Schimmel, Tom (Sue Boven), Dale (Vicki Boven), Cheryl (Dan Dahnke) and Ruth Ann (Eric Jordan); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Donique, Kristen, Adam, Lisa, Kurt, Amy, Chris, Jasmine, Kelly, Casey, Andrew, Stephanie, Heather, Doug, Chloe, Alex and Elliot. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
