He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his children, Drake, Cade and Blair; his brothers, Jeff Buurstra (Betsy) and Jim Buurstra (Missie); and his in-laws, Andy DeYoung, Maurice DeYoung (Susie), James DeYoung (Lori) and Kathy Temple (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
