He was predeceased by: his parents, Arend John and Bernice Kuiper; his daughter Cheryl Ann; his grandchildren, Ashley and Emma Kuiper; his siblings, Connie Timmerman, Annette Heidema and Philip Kuiper; and his parents-in-law, Luke Timmerman, Don Heidema, Tom Gilligan, Phyllis Rau, Lorenz, Madeline Bertsch, LeRoy, Erna DeWald and Thelma DeWald.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Joyce (Scott Boverhof), Ron (Marlys Kuiper), John (Renita Kuiper) and Pam (Dave Moelker); his grandchildren, Eliese Moelker, Courtney Moelker, Abbie Kuiper, Liam Kuiper, Colton Kuiper (Josie), Brandon Boverhof, Eric Moelker, Jenna Kuiper, Sarah Kuiper, Malea Moelker and Nolan Moelker; his sister Mary Gilligan; and his parents-in-law, Norma Kuiper, Alvin Rau and Milo DeWald (Dena). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
