She is survived by : her husband James Douglas Bolthouse; her daughters, Shelley Frody (Steve), Nadene VanderJagt and Laura Carr (Chris); her grandchildren, Larissa Frody, Shonta Frody, Savannah Smith (Al), Derryk VanderJagt, Daniel VanderJagt, Sylvia VanderJagt, Christian Carr (Kelsey), Elizabeth Carr and Caden Carr; and her great grandchildren, Macklin Smith and Chloe Carr.
