He was predeceased by: his father Jay Scholten. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Jodi, Tom Prince, Sarah, Kevin Mokma, Megan, Braden, Keagan, Addison, Hannah, Abram, Kellie and Scott Katsma; and his mother Elsa Scholten. He is also survived by his four sisters and their spouses; Darlene's siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
